Abstract: This session will help you understand the energy and commissioning-related requirements of LEED v4, and include examples from beta projects done under the new rating systems. Key changes to the BD+C rating systems include ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2010 requirements, demand response, commissioning, envelope commissioning, and building metering. EBOM updates will cover the new energy performance requirements, enhanced metering, demand response, existing building Cx, and ongoing Cx.
