Privately held professional services firm, Dewberry (Fairfax, VA) (ENR #41) acquired Wilson Architectural Group (Houston, TX). Wilson is a nearly 40-person architectural firm with a portfolio of healthcare, corporate and commercial, industrial, sports and recreation, laboratories, and civic buildings in Houston and throughout Texas. Design and architecture firm, Perkins Eastman (New York, NY) (ENR #68) and ForrestPerkins (Dallas, TX) will join forces effective January 1, 2016. ForrestPerkins will retain its name and continue to focus on interior design and interior architecture for luxury hospitality and high-end multi-residential projects. Link to details 


Commercial real estate services and investment firm, CBRE Group (Los Angeles, CA) acquired Forum Analytics (Chicago, IL), a leading provider of sophisticated modeling and mapping solutions that assists retailers and other firms in planning their location strategies on a local, regional, and national basis. RMF Engineering (Baltimore, MD) (ENR #348) acquired CxAnalytics (Williamsburg, VA), a commissioning firm that serves federal, state, and local governments as well as the higher education and healthcare markets. Link to details


Civil engineering firm, McClure Engineering (Clive, IA) plans to merge with JFSCO Engineering (Red Oak, IA), a civil engineering and land surveying firm. Once the merger is completed in 2016, JFSCO will be known as McClure JFSCO Engineering Company. Link to details
