ENR's #11 ranked firm, HDR (Omaha, NE) acquired transportation engineering, asset maintenance and management specialist Infrastructure Corporation of America (ICA)(Brentwood, TN). ICA is ranked #262 among ENR's Top 500 Design Firms and will do business as HDR | ICA.
