Global design, architecture, engineering, and planning firm, HOK (St. Louis, MO) agreed to acquire 360 Architecture (Kansas City, MO), one of the world's leading designers of stadiums, ballparks, arenas, recreation and wellness centers, and mixed-use entertainment districts. Link to details

In their second M&A announcement in two months, international environmental consulting firm, Trinity Consultants (Dallas, TX) and Sierra Research (Sacramento, CA) have announced an agreement in principle to merge this year.
