Multi-national advisory and design consultancy firm, Hyder Consulting (London, UK) and Nippon Koei (Tokyo, Japan), have reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer for Nippon Koei to acquire Hyder. Hyder had previously agreed to terms on a recommended cash offer from ARCADIS before accepting the bid from Nippon Koei. Link to details
