New editions of Fundamentals of Air-Conditioning Systems, Testing and Balancing HVAC Air and Water Systems and Fiber Optic Lighting: A Guide for Specifiers are now available from AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) Energy Books.

Fundamentals of Air-Conditioning Systems offers instruction on proper system design, equipment selection, sizing, placement and installation. The guide also covers heat-load calculation, refrigerant lines and duct systems.

On the topic of testing and balancing, AEE's book gives tutorials on methods to adjust constant volume, single zone, dual duct, induction and variable-air-volume systems, in addition to detailed information all heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system components.
