Courtesy: Carlo GavazziCarlo Gavazzi's Single Phase RGx1P Proportional Output Controllers calculate and deliver the necessary output power without the need for additional interface devices. They are equipped with user-selectable switching modes to address different application requirements. Apart from three full-cycle switching modes for basic heating applications, the RG Series also features full-cycle control for shortwave infrared heaters, phase-angle switching mode for resistive heaters, light dimming and speed control of AC fans, and soft starting for heating elements with low cold-state resistance. RG Series technical specifications include output voltage rating of up to 660 Vac, 15- to 63-amp switching for RGC1P contactors, seven user-selectable switching modes, and other features.
