Wittenstein alphenoWittenstein’s alpheno promises to take the performance of planetary gearheads to an entirely new level. For several years, alpheno has reportedly been a model choice in highly challenging applications where individual requirements exceed the performance capabilities of the standard product range.

The alpheno is available in a high-speed version with a hollow shaft at the output. A variant with optimised inertia allegedly guarantees maximum energy efficiency. The power density of alpheno has been increased by 130% compared to the SP+, Wittenstein’s previous offering. As an addition to the Wittenstein rank and pinion portfolio, alpheno is said by Wittenstein to represent an unbeatable drive solution in the field of linear motion.
