Reduce debris and sand typically associated with flow measurement in surface and water well applications with the Model MO300SW Reverse-Helix Flow Meter from McCrometer. The flow meter increases measurement accuracy, reduces maintenance requirements, and lowers total operating costs. The meter's reverse-helix design propeller comes in a bolt-on saddle configuration that is suitable for use in line sizes ranging from 4 to 12 in. The reverse-helix propeller is installed nose-first on the bearing shaft and uses the reverse flow style bearing assembly. This unique construction allows the ell to curve with the flow, shedding grass, sand, or silt with increased operational reliability and longer life. The meter's stainless steel saddle eliminates fatigue-related breakage and provides corrosion resistance. The reverse-helix impellers are designed with high-impact polypropylene plastic that withstands temperatures to 160 F and is available for water or water heated applications.
