RCD Launches Construction Forecasting Site

10/24/2005

Reed Construction Data (RCD), a division of CSE’s parent company Reed Business Information, last week launched its new construction forecasting and market outlook information website, www.buildingteamforecast.com , an up-to-date collection of focused industry information and economic statistics.

The new site contains charts, tables and industry analysis on information such as housing starts, commercial put-in-place statistics, forecasted construction spending, construction costs, inflation rates, purchasing managers index, employment rates and vacancy rates. It also includes information from RCD’s proprietary database and other Reed Business Information business units. Additionally, it links to several RCD tools such as the RSMeans Cost Calculator, the Reed Design Registry architect search tool and the ConstructionEmploymentCenter.

Access to the site is free.
