Online automation support seven languages

Rockwell Automation's online support, Knowledgebase, is available in seven languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portguese and Chinese to help customers globally.

As the popularity of online support resources continues to grow, Rockwell Automation now offers its online support Knowledgebase in seven languages, allowing customers to find the support they need in the language they prefer. This helps address the needs of a global market working to accommodate increasingly diverse workforce demographics.

The Knowledgebase, included with TechConnect support agreements, is now available in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese, providing customers with access to nearly 40,000 technical notes, documents and solutions in their preferred language. In addition, customers can submit questions and chat live with our Technical Support engineers in their local language. They can also engage in peer-to-peer conversations to share engineering tips and best practices via interactive forums as part of the Rockwell Automation Support Center.
