New Products for Power Quality and Reliability

Power-quality analyzer features 0.1% voltage accuracy and GPS time-synch option, making unit fully compliant with the IEC 61000-4-30 Class A standard. Memory allows up to 400 parameters at user-defined intervals, and power-log software enables users to view logged data and generate reports. Main signaling capability allows interference measurement from ripple control signals at specific frequencies. Current probes are 600-volt CAT IV-rated and do not require batteries. DC/DC brick converters can deliver up to 600 watts of output power from an input range of 250 volts DC to 420 volts DC. The series includes six models with single-output DC voltages of 1.8, 3.3, 5, 12, 15, 24 and 48 volts. In addition, the product family offers a host of embedded functions that include monitoring, protection and adjustment capabilities as well as a communication bus that can store valuable end-user information. Mobile generator expands the manufacturer's existing line. At 400 kVA, units produce 320 kW of standby power. In prime-power settings, generators are designed to give 365 kVA, providing 292 kW of power. Units can deliver multiple voltages using a voltage changeover board for either single- or 3-phase configurations. Electronic engines provide accurate frequency regulation, and auto-start feature allows for remote starting when installed in tandem with a transfer switch. Models also include a 100% containment basin under the engine, which is certified to EPA Tier Three emissions levels. For more about the TS400 by Baldor, click here .

Genset controller is expandable to address single and multiple gensets operating in standby or parallel modes. Display and graphing enables intuitive user operation, and built-in PLC enables custom programmability and protection. A variety of analog and binary input/output expansion modules are available, along with remote display, annunciation panels, modem/Internet connections and electronic engine-specific communication modules.
