P ackaged pumping system is a combination of pumps, electrical devices and controls for industrial and commercial buildings, designed to minimize energy usage for HVAC central plant systems. The system ranges from 400 to 4,200 gpm and includes constant-speed systems for primary chilled and condenser water, variable-speed systems for secondary chilled and variable-speed condenser water, and variable primary flow systems for chilled or hot water. In-line duct fan is designed for applications where powerful yet quiet air delivery is required.With optional solid-state speed controller, the unit combines an efficient airfoil impeller and a shielded ball-bearing motor in a rugged steel housing with baked epoxy finish for a maintenance-free installation. High-capacity circulators have a precision-balanced rotor for quiet, efficient operation in a wide range of medium to high/flow head hydronic heating and cooling applications. The series offers a close-coupled maintenance-free motor with permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life bearings. The stand-alone, Windows-based drag-and-drop program allows for modeling of steam generation, steam distribution, steam utilization and condensate-handling systems.
