New integrated brushless motor-drives

Dunkermotoren’s family of high performance modular brushless permanent magnet motors are driven by integrated servo motor drives

December 16, 2010

Dunkermotoren USA of Elgin, IL, developed a family of high performance modular brushless permanent magnet motors driven by integrated servo motor drives. The 2.95 inch (75 mm) squared high power density motors are available in 3 stack lengths. The family motor peak torque varies from 22.1 in.-lb (BG75x25), to 44.2 in-. lb (BG75x50), and up to 55.7 in.-lb for the largest model (BG75x75). Axial lengths are respectively 4.53-in. (115 mm), 5.51-in. (140 mm), and 6.50-in. (165 mm). The motors have modular construction, integral electronic drive and precision encoder with 4096 counts. The power electronics range of input voltages from 10 to 50 V dc, and delivers up to 50.
