Courtesy: WattsWatts' LFMMV-HTK is a mixing valve that installs on a hot water tank to increase hot water capacity by providing control over water temperature and flow. The valve allows water to be stored at high temperatures, extending water heater capacity. The lead free LFMMV-HTK valve helps minimize the occurrence of Legionella and risk of scalding. By extending hot water capacity, it eliminates the need to replace a hot water tank with a large-capacity unit. The valve is listed to ASSE 1070, ASSE 1017, and IAPMO cUPC and comes complete with integral filters, checks, and union connections and has a lockable temperature adjustment.
