The companies will continue to operate as KJWW and TTG under the creation of a holding company with common management. Project engineering teams of both KJWW and TTG will remain intact and continue to provide a wide range of leadership expertise in building systems, infrastructure, and construction-related services. Management and engineering services include electrical, plumbing, fire protection, architectural lighting, energy modeling, sustainability, LEED design and many others. TTG and KJWW bring 114 combined years of experience along with many projects and "firsts" in sustainable design. Some of their achievements include the world's largest lake-coupled geothermal system, the largest LEED Platinum office building in the U.S., the first LEED Platinum data center in the U.S., the first LEED Platinum university building in Illinois, and the first GSA-owned LEED Platinum building in the nation.
