Eaton Corp ., Pittsburgh, named Dave Bucklew vice president, U.S. Sales for Global Sales and Marketing, and named Ken Narod vice president, Channel.

Graybar , St. Louis, appointed two senior vice president positions: Richard D. Offenbacher will now serve as senior vice president-sales and marketing, electrical, and Kathleen M. Mazzarella will fill the position of senior vice president-sales and marketing, comm/data.

Rheem Manufacturing Co ., Atlanta, announced that J.R. Jones will succeed I.S. Farwell as president and chief executive officer, effective March 31. Farwell will assume the role of special advisor to the company for the remainder of 2008.

Johnson Controls , Milwaukee, announced the sale of assets from its Unitary Products Northern California branch to US Airconditioning Distributors, Los Angeles. Effective immediately, US Airconditioning will distribute York, Luxaire, and Guardian-branded products throughout California and Northern Nevada.
