Generation 5 pump motors

Armstrong Fluid Technology pump motors meet the IE5 efficiency standard.

Armstrong Fluid Technology announced that its recently introduced line of Generation 5 pumps, including Tango™ parallel pumps above, now meet the IE5 efficiency standard for motors. The new models can deliver up to 96.6% motor efficiency. Courtesy: ArmstrArmstrong Fluid Technology has announced that its line of design envelope generation 5 pumps now meet the IE5 efficiency standard for motors. This includes the new Design Envelope Tango parallel pumps and design envelope vertical in-line pumps up to 10 hp.

The pumps deliver a low installation cost and efficiency during their operating life. Meeting the IE5 efficiency standard is an important part of maintaining efficiency.

Armstrong Design Envelope pumps were already operating well above established North American efficiency standards. The new Generation 5 iECM motor technology also meets the more stringent IE5 efficiency standards for European markets.
