Courtesy: Fike CorporationThe ValvEx passive explosion isolation valve is designed to prevent flame and pressure propagation through interconnected pipes, ducts, or conveying lines to additional process equipment or operating locations. It is a “passive” valve, meaning it is closed by the explosion pressure itself. It resets itself automatically after an explosion event. The valve is third-party tested and ATEX-certified, making it suitable for use in processes that involve combustible materials.
