Consulting-Specifying Engineer is adding two more choices to its staple of eNewsletters covering industry news, business and management, and all the specific M/E/P disciplines.

CSE Green Scene will offer updates on the latest in green building technology, applications, case studies, product releases, new literature announcements, commentary and events. This sustainable design tool will provide access to all the information M/E/P consultants need for green designs.

For instance, we will take a regular look at energy issues, with supply and demand statistics, reports, and breaking news covering conventional and renewable energy topics from sources such as U.S. Dept. of Energy, U.S. EPA, Sustainable Buildings Industry Council and Rocky Mountain Institute.

News and analysis on global climate change and ways it is being addressed by the building and construction industries will be available.

Other issues to be discussed include: water conservation, indoor environmental quality, and the LEED family of rating systems from the U.S. Green Building Council. Green Scene is slated to launch on May 23.

And coming in July, look for the new Codes & Standards monthly eNews, which will report relevant news from: ASHRAE, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute, NEMA, NFPA, ASPE, International Code Council, U.S. Green Building Council, U.S. Dept. of Energy, U.S. EPA, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, The Federal Register, U.S. Dept. of Homeland Security, National Institute of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors, Construction Specifications Institute, American Institute of Architects, Building Commissioning Association, National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST), American Water Works Association, Gas Technology Institute, Gas Appliance Manufacturers Assn. (GAMA), International Standards Organization, Illuminating Engineers Society of North America (IESNA), and more.

Readers may subscribe to any or all the CSE eNewsletters by going to the “newsletters” tab at the top of the csemag.com homepage.
