City Multi S-Series PUMY 3-ton outdoor unit from Mitsubishi Electric HVAC features a cooling capacity of 36,000 Btu/h and a heating capacity of 40,000 Btu/h, suitable for small commercial applications. The unit offers a single-phase outdoor unit with variable refrigerant flow zoning (VRFZ) technology and the Controls Network (CMCN) to cool or heat all zones with a variety of indoor unit styles.
