Daikin Applied's AGZ-E family of air-cooled scroll chillers is designed to enable greater energy savings and environmental efficiency while also offering easy maintenance. The chillers are ideal for use in small- to mid-size buildings, as well as in elementary schools, data centers, and hospitals. Features include a factory-installed custom pump package designed to reduce engineering and design efforts, and quicken installation and commissioning. AGZ-E chillers are optimized for mission critical applications, with RapidRestore and fast loading capabilities allowing them to provide 100% chilled water capacity in less than 4 min after a power loss, or in just 2 min from standby mode. The positive displacement scroll compressors used in the AGZ-E chillers provide reliable day-to-day operation. The AGZ-E uses all-aluminum microchannel coils, with a 1000-hour salt fog.
