CH2M Hill Named One of “100 Best Companies To Work For”

Denver-based full-service engineering, construction and operations firm, CH2M Hill, has been named one of America's top employers by Fortune magazine. This is the second time in the past three years that the firm has appeared on this annual list.

The annual ranking of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" is determined through an extensive nomination and application process. Two-thirds of the score is based on how randomly selected employees responds to the Great Places to Work Trust Index, a survey measuring the quality of the workplace culture.

“For 60 years, CH2M Hill has worked to distinguish itself, not just as a one of the nation's leading full-service infrastructure design and project delivery companies, but also as a respectful, wholesome and nurturing place to work,” said Ralph Peterson, president and CEO. “From its earliest days, the founders of the company sought fair and honorable ways to build the business and share the rewards of success with employees. This recognition is a positive reinforcement of these efforts and the values of CH2M Hill, and we are extremely proud to be among the nation's top employers.”

The firm was selected, in part, due to its competitive compensation and benefits packages, open and accessible communications practices, employee-ownership culture, learning and development opportunities and work-life balance programs.
