Philip Parise, PE; 37Parise is the director of operations at Kupper Engineering Inc. (KEI) in Glenside, Pa. Prior to joining KEI, he owned his own engineering firm (Parise Engineering LLC) and worked as an electrical engineer at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. In August 2015 he began working at KEI, where he was highly sought out to join as director of operations to oversee workflow processes for the company. Parise works closely with engineering teams to establish operational objectives and strategies to improve quality assurance and control while adhering to project budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements. He also manages several large client accounts, overseeing electrical engineering services for a variety of solar energy and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects including mission critical/data center design. Outside of work, Parise enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, fishing, and skateboarding. He also makes time to volunteer for community and charitable activities that are important to him. These include Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County’s Team Build Day and Cradles to Crayons’ Giving Factory, a nonprofit that hosts volunteer events to help children in need throughout the greater Philadelphia region.
