After spending time at a nationally renowned architecture/engineering firm in Phoenix and then as principal engineer at a local consulting firm, he started the firm in 2016. He currently is chairman of the Maricopa County Building Code advisory board and recently finished his term as co-chair of the United Dairymen of Arizona, Young Cooperators. He is past membership promotion chair of the Central Phoenix ASHRAE chapter. For 3 years, Millican and his family have traveled to Puerto Penasco, Mexico, as part of a church mission team. During this outreach mission, the team builds homes for those in need. In addition, he is involved with Feed My Starving Children. This organization uses volunteers to mix, bag, and ship millions of meals a year. Millican enjoys sharing his love of tinkering with his children, which offers a great way to teach kids how to follow instructions, spatial perception, and the fun of engineering. He is thrilled that his oldest child is at the perfect age to begin building Legos. While on the road traveling for his company, he loves to listen to audiobooks.
