Private equity firm, Kingswood Capital Management (Los Angeles, CA), acquired Versar (Springfield, VA), ENR’s #124 ranked environmental firm. With the acquisition, Kingswood expects to decrease Versar’s costs of operation while increasing flexibility and speed of decision making. Link to details

Multi-disciplined professional consulting and design firm, H2M architects + engineers (Melville, NY) (ENR #233), acquired Schommer Engineering (Morristown, NJ), a civil engineering, planning, environmental studies, and landscape architecture firm. Link to details
