Randall/Baylon Architects (Los Angeles, CA), a full-service planning, architecture, and interior design firm, was acquired by JCJ Architecture (Hartford, CT) (ENR #479). Link to details

Fire protection engineering and building code consulting firm, S.S. Dannaway Associates (Honolulu, HI) joined Coffman Engineers (Seattle, WA) (ENR #221).  This is Coffman’s second acquisition in Hawaii in as many years. Link to details
