Architecture, interior design, planning, and branding firm, ADD (Boston, MA) has signed a letter of intent to merge with Stantec (Edmonton, Canada). Multi-national advisory and design consultancy firm, Hyder Consulting (London, UK) and Nippon Koei (Tokyo, Japan), have reached an agreement on the terms of a recommended cash offer for Nippon Koei to acquire Hyder. Hyder had previously agreed to terms on a recommended cash offer from ARCADIS before accepting the bid from Nippon Koei. Link to details
