Bradley Perrott takes pride in that he has worked with the same architects, contractors, facilities directors, and owners for more than 10 years. His clients enjoy working with him on a day-to-day basis, and Perrott’s colleagues believe that trait makes him an exceptional engineer. Perrott’s experience spans educational, commercial, correctional, and public-safety projects. His work as a project manager includes numerous Orange County, Fla., government facility renovations, and facility renovations such as the Sumter County Detention Center Expansion and the Volusia County Consolidated Dispatch/Emergency Operations Center, all of which are located in Central Florida. Perrott has more than 10 years of HVAC design experience, including energy modeling and central energy plants. He helped create and implement paperless company-wide quality-control checklists for the design review process, a practice on which the company heavily relies. In addition to being a senior project manager, he trains and mentors young professionals within the firm by educating them about project- management skills. Perrott’s volunteer efforts outside of the office also inspire and educate his firm’s management team and staff. He has been on multiple mission trips to Africa and Haiti, giving back to the world through his engineering and leadership skills while setting an example as a person dedicated to his faith and philanthropy. Perrott and his wife, Audrey, plan to grow their family of three through international adoption in the next year.
