Without Continuous Air Barrier System, a Project Might be Full of Holes
It can be quite literally full of holes. The building draws unconditioned air in, then leaks conditioned air back out through holes, cracks, gaps and other leaks of varying size. It’s called “uncontrolled” air leakage, and it costs a lot of money.
