Air-source heat pumps
Greenheck’s air-source heat pumps now function effectively down to an outdoor ambient temperature of 0° Fahrenheit. The all-electric heat pumps, which transfer heat energy from the airstream in dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS), feature a newly redesigned single-circuit refrigeration system. They also benefit from improved controls strategies that optimize heating capability at ambient conditions as low as 0°F.
Upblast powered roof ventilators
Greenheck’s model CUE direct drive and CUBE belt drive upblast powered roof ventilators have been redesigned to include new next-generation features that make these fans even easier to service. The new features available on fan sizes 060 to 240 include: Removeable Power Pack motor/wheel assembly consisting of a wheel, motor, and support pan that makes motor replacement and servicing 50% faster. Toolless Hood Entry lets the motor cover be quickly removed by the push of two buttons, allowing for faster entry into the motor compartment without tools and with no screws to strip or lose. Lower Hoodband Height allows easier access to the motor compartment and serviceable components. Model CUE/CUBE upblast powered roof ventilators are ideal for new or replacement fan installations in clean air, restaurants, emergency smoke control, light contaminants, seismic, and high wind and hurricane applications. Models CUE/CUBE are licensed to bear the AMCA Seal for Fan Energy Index (FEI) and Sound and Air Performance and are UL/cUL705 certified for Power Ventilators, Restaurant Exhaust Appliances, and Smoke Control Systems.
Hooded rooftop fan with mixed flow wheel technology
Greenheck’s new RSQ direct drive rooftop fan, available in a supply or exhaust configuration, incorporates mixed flow wheel technology to improve airflow and efficiency, reduce sound and allow for a more compact design enabling a smaller footprint. Model RSQ is available in 12 direct drive sizes, 7 through 33, with performance capabilities ranging up to 27,100 cfm (46,043 m3/hr) for supply and 25,200 cfm (42,815 m3/hr) for exhaust and up to 3 in. wg (747 Pa).
Energy recovery ventilators for multi-family living
Greenheck has added three new models to its line of high-performance residential energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) that provide balanced ventilation and improve energy efficiency to ensure projects meet code and exceed indoor air quality expectations. ASSURE-140SC is a cost-effective, cold weather-certified ERV with a 30-160 cfm operational range available in hardwired and mirrored configurations. SYNC-110SEA now features precision balancing to dial in precise airflow when paired with the PrecisionSYNC™ Controller and is available in hardwired and mirrored configurations. The most compact ERV offering at 9.75” in height, the SYNC-110SEA is ideal for installations with limited space like bulkheads and drop ceilings. SYNC-180TCE, a top port ERV featuring a 75-200 cfm operational range, offers precision balancing when paired with the PrecisionSYNC™ Controller and 77% Sensible Recovery Efficiency (SRE). All Greenheck SYNC and ASSURE ERV models include a Total Recovery Core that transfers heat and moisture between two crossflow airstreams without allowing cross-contamination. When used for balanced mechanical ventilation in humid environments, the unit helps to reduce air conditioning (AC) energy costs.
Ceiling exhaust fan line with two additional models
Greenheck has expanded its MultiSPEC SP-LP ceiling exhaust fan line with two new high-performance models. Model SP-LP0511H features an integrated humidity sensor that helps control moisture to prevent mold and mildew with 50/80/110 cfm speed selections. Model SP-LP0810W features two-speed operation for whole-house continuous ventilation (30-100 cfm range) to meet ASHRAE 62.2 requirements.
AFL-601 Wind-Driven Rain FEMA Louver
Greenheck’s line of FEMA 361 tornado louvers has expanded with the addition of model AFL-601, the first wind-driven rain FEMA louver to be listed for AMCA 550 High-Velocity Wind-Driven Rain. Constructed of extruded aluminum with a 6-in. frame depth, the unit’s dual module design incorporates front chevron blades with rear vertical rain-resistant blades for superior weather resistance.
Modular Air Distribution Systems for Operating and Imaging Rooms
Greenheck’s new modular air distribution systems accommodate the specialized medical, mechanical, and electrical considerations of operating and imaging rooms. Incorporating laminar diffuser arrays that simplify coordination during design and installation, these modular systems maximize diffuser coverage over the patient ensuring optimal conditions for medical procedures. Model HLC-MPA modular plenum array utilizes configurable diffuser segments assembled on-site to create a single low-profile diffuser array. This allows engineers to make the most of available ceiling space by eliminating the need to individually duct each diffuser.
XG-AFL Series Linear Diffusers
Greenheck's XG-AFL Series of architectural high-capacity linear slot diffusers are designed for ceiling and sidewall installation in variable volume or constant volume air distribution systems. Available in single-section lengths up to 96 inches with one or two slots, versatile XG-AFL Series diffusers can be specified in various frame types and eight border configurations to complement any interior. Combination frames are also available for applications that require two different frame types on a single linear.
AX 200 series tubular inline and upblast fans
Greenheck has expanded its tubular inline fan product offering with the addition of the AX 200 Series tubular inline and upblast fans. Featuring medium-duty welded construction, a cast aluminum prop, and integral flanges for airtight duct connections, the direct drive AX 200 can be utilized in a wide variety of indoor or outdoor applications. The AX 200 upblast fan also incorporates a heavy-duty spun curb cap to reduce inlet losses, a butterfly damper section for backflow prevention, and a windband section to protect the butterfly dampers from debris.
eCAPS Bridge to Revit plug-in
Greenheck’s eCAPS Bridge to Revit plug-in allows users to seamlessly select and schedule Greenheck HVAC equipment without leaving the Revit environment. The eCAPS Bridge release includes access to additional Revit® content and more functionality. Dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS) LOD 300 content can now be selected by performance.
BAER Belt Drive Sidewall Propeller Fan Line
Greenheck has expanded its BAER belt drive sidewall propeller fan line to include supply airflow configurations and expanded sizes. Model BAER is now available in supply and exhaust configurations with propeller diameters from 24- to 48-in. and performance capabilities from 300 to 54,000 cfm or up to 3.3 in.
Fan filter diffuser line
Greenheck fan filter diffusers are unidirectional diffusers with integrated EC motors and high-efficiency filters that provide ultra-clean air necessary in critical applications or retrofit applications where additional power is needed to overcome filter pressure drop. Ceiling-mounted, inline and portable models are available. Model HLC-FPS is a self-contained fan filter supply diffuser with industry-leading airflow rates up to 1200 cfm to meet USP 797 and 800 air change requirements. The HLC-FPS connects directly to system ductwork and is simple to install in a ceiling grid or hard ceiling. Model HLC-FPR is a ceiling or wall-mounted fan filter return diffuser that creates a negative pressure environment drawing air up and out of a room, removing airborne contaminants via the unit’s gel-seal high-efficiency filter and discharging clean air. Model HLC-FPI is a ducted inline fan filter unit designed to continuously filter the air passing through the unit and remove a wide range of airborne contaminants, making it ideal for schools, office buildings and other commercial indoor environments. Model HLC-FPC is a fan filter mobile cart available in both recirculation and return/exhaust configurations that can act as an in-room air purification device. Greenheck fan filter diffusers provide quiet, energy-efficient operation and can be specified with HEPA or ULPA filters or supplementary MERV-rated pre-filters depending upon the application.
XG-TH-500 Series Air Terminal Units
Greenheck’s XG-TH-500 Series Air Terminal Units (ATU) are zone-level air distribution devices that regulate airflow for maximum occupant comfort in variable or constant volume applications. The single-duct XG-TH-500 features a galvanized steel casing mechanically sealed for low leakage construction along with a round inlet damper, an inlet flow sensor, and a rectangular outlet. Cooling only, hot water coil, and electric heat configurations can be specified.
KSQ Mixed Flow Untempered Roof Supply Fan
Greenheck’s new KSQ mixed flow roof supply fan provides energy-efficient building supply or untempered make-up air in applications where heating and cooling are not required. Model KSQ is available in direct drive sizes 7 through 33 with performance up to 16,750 cfm and 2.75 in. wg in multiple configurations including horizontal or bottom intake and horizontal or bottom discharge.
USF Centrifugal Utility Sets
Greenheck has redesigned model USF single-width centrifugal utility sets in sizes 4 to 24 to incorporate more features and options. The USF now offers expanded direct drive selections with Vari-Green motors up to 10 hp. Factory-mounted or ship-loose controls with VFDs are now available with belt or direct drive motor configurations up to 30 hp.
BTDR-50 Bowtie Damper
Greenheck's BTDR-50 is a cable-operated radial blade balancing damper, also known as a bowtie damper, that is designed for easy airflow adjustment at an air outlet or plenum neck. The BTDR-50 is available in steel in 6-, 8-, 10-, 12- and 15-in. diameters, with pressure capacity up to 1 in.
Model MOA Modular Open Array
Greenheck’s new Modular Open Array, model MOA, provides a turnkey retrofit package that delivers certified performance, communication, and controllability. The MOA configurable fan array features lightweight, easy-to-assemble components that ship to the job site knocked down for field installation. UL power and controls packages are available and array panels arrive prewired for quick and easy installation saving time at the jobsite.
DDF Directional Destratification Fan
Greenheck’s extensive product line continues to grow with the addition of model DDF, a directional destratification fan that improves comfort and reduces energy costs by efficiently mixing air from floor to ceiling for uniform temperature distribution. The high-performance direct drive model DDF is available in three sizes and performance levels: a 10-inch diameter for ceilings up to 25 feet, a 12-inch diameter for ceilings up to 45 feet, and a 14-inch diameter for ceilings up to 60 feet. Model DDF features an aerodynamically optimized housing for maximum airflow, throw distance, and coverage area and includes Greenheck’s Vari-Green electronically commutated (EC) motor and controls technology for maximum efficiency and controllability.
AMPLIFY DM-3 Overhead Fan
The AMPLIFY DM-3 is a small-diameter architectural overhead fan that boosts occupant comfort while enhancing the interior design of commercial and institutional building spaces. Featuring curved polymer airfoils designed to maximize airflow, improve efficiency, and optimize coverage area, the DM-3 is available in a 5-foot diameter with airflow up to 7,113 cfm and cooling effect up to 7oF/4oC. The DM-3’s lightweight, direct drive motor is up to 20% more efficient and 10 dBA quieter than traditional motors.
Healthcare, Laboratory and Cleanroom Air Distribution Products
Greenheck’s new line of healthcare, laboratory, and cleanroom (HLC) air distribution products are designed, engineered, and tested to meet or exceed today’s critical environment standards for performance and energy efficiency. This product line includes Laminar Flow Diffusers, Radial Flow Diffusers, and Surgical Air Curtains. Laminar flow diffusers are engineered to provide a vertical projection of low-velocity supply air, introducing clean supply air without the entrainment of airborne particulate in the space due to its low velocity. These diffusers play a critical role in maintaining an aseptic environment below the diffusers in operating rooms, patient isolation rooms, pharmacies, and cleanrooms. Radial flow diffusers provide an effective method of air distribution in laboratory and patient isolation room applications where a high volume of air is required.
AER Configurable Condenser Fan
Regulates temperature and provides ventilation for equipment in demanding applications Greenheck’s AER direct drive configurable condenser fan can help regulate temperature and provide proper ventilation for your equipment, even in the most demanding applications where elevated water and temperature protection is required. Available in four sizes ranging from 20 to 36, the AER condenser fan offers performance up to 29,800 cfm and external static pressure up to 2.80 in. wg.
SQ Mixed Flow Inline Fan
Greenheck’s line of SQ direct drive mixed flow inline fans offering a unique combination of high efficiency, low sound, and ease of installation in a square housing design continues to expand and add enhancements. With the addition of sizes SQ-7 and SQ-9 covering lower CFM selections from 100 to 2,300 cfm, the SQ mixed flow line is now available in twelve sizes, 7-33, with performance ranges up to 27,800 cfm and up to 3 in. wg. A new side discharge option helps to reduce system effect, improves system performance, and reduces installation labor as fans are configurable with a variety of discharge options—inline, left, right, or any combination of the three.

Greenheck’s air distribution products include an extensive selection of grilles, registers, diffusers (GRDs), and air terminal units (ATUs) that are designed, engineered, and tested to meet a wide range of performance and aesthetic requirements. ABD-Z2 Automatic Balancing Damper for Zone Register Terminals
The ABD-Z2 is the latest addition to Greenheck’s line of automatic balancing dampers that provide precise airflow regulation for energy efficient indoor air quality. The ABD-Z2 is an integrated automatic balancing damper (ABD) with an adjustable set point controlled by an electric actuator (24V or 120V). The unit can toggle between two pressure independent CFM set points; the low-flow setpoint maintains a constant minimum ventilation rate, while the high-flow set point provides boosted on-demand ventilation.
MultiSPEC SP-LP Exhaust Fans

Greenheck’s new high-performance residential energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) provide balanced ventilation that improves energy efficiency and ensures multifamily projects meet code and exceed indoor air quality expectations. Four models are available with a variety of options and accessories and all offer Home Ventilating Institute (HVI) certified airflow.Both the ASSURE120 and SYNC110 offer a 50-130 cfm operational range in a compact low-profile design that simplifies installations with limited mechanical space such as bulkheads and drop ceilings. In addition, the SYNC110 is powered by two Electronically Commutated Motors (ECM) with adaptive, variable speed technology programmed to adapt to the static pressure associated with a dirty filter or core.
RVC Rooftop Ventilator with Energy Recovery Core
Greenheck Announces Model RVC Rooftop Unit with Enthalpy CoreNew Model RVC Provides Low Maintenance Energy Recovery Greenheck’s new model RVC (Rooftop Ventilator with Energy Recovery Core) is the latest addition to its dedicated outdoor air systems line for high percentage and 100% outside air applications. Model RVC incorporates a total enthalpy core that provides both sensible and latent heat transfer and meets ASHRAE 90.1 minimum efficiencies. The enthalpy core’s cross-flow design prevents supply and exhaust airstreams from intersecting resulting in an Exhaust Air Transfer Ratio (EATR) of 0 to 1% per AHRI 1060 testing. Model RVC is available in three housing sizes with airflow up to 15,000 cfm and 5 to 70 tons of packaged DX cooling capacity.
Mixed Flow Square Inline Fan Line
Greenheck’s SQ mixed flow fan line featuring a unique combination of high efficiency, low sound, and ease of installation in a square housing design now includes a new outdoor option along with additional accessories and sizes. The SQ mixed flow fan can now be specified for ducted horizontal-mount outdoor applications when space constraints require a cost-effective rooftop-mounted unit. The outdoor option is base-mounted and includes a full cover over the unit to protect electrical components and prevent water entrainment.New accessories include inlet and outlet guards to protect against intrusions; these guards remove easily for maintenance and inspection.
