David Clute, cohesionIB, Colorado, and Rick Szcodronski, cohesionIB, California

David Clute serves as an advisor to cohesionIB. He has spent more than 35 years working with architects, engineers, facility managers, owners, and others on a range of global architectural and engineering projects involving facility lifecycle management, from concept design to demolition/disposal. Rick Szcodronski is the chief technology officer of cohesionIB. He is responsible for all technical aspects of the company’s products and works with his team to develop strategies for the company, its offerings, and its customer base using technological resources.
