Engineering challenges and solutions:

Innovative Engineering, Inc. (IEI) was hired by Aztec Corporation to complete the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineering services for the renovation and overhaul to five (5) restaurants, 40,000 square feet, on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the casino hotel. The casino hotel had an overhead water line burst several months prior and the 5 restaurants were unusable and closed for business.

It was IEI’s role to visit the existing site, survey the conditions left by the flood, as well as work with the Aztec and Hilton on the renovations and overhaul required. We provided a full set of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing drawings. The drawings were suitable for construction within 1 month of the time our contract was executed.
