Domestic Transactions


Foresight (Grand Rapids, MI), a sustainability, carbon accounting, and energy management firm, merged with Cornerstone (Zionsville, IN), an environmental, health, and safety solutions firm. Link to details


Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services firm TÜV SÜD (Munich, Germany) acquired Sustainable Investment Group (Atlanta, GA), a firm that offers sustainability solutions to the real estate industry. Link to details


Geoscience, engineering, and technology firm RESPEC (Rapid City, SD) acquired Enviromin (Bozeman, MT), an environmental geochemistry and microbiology firm. Link to details


AE, environmental, and planning firm LaBella Associates (Rochester, NY) (ENR #127) acquired MEP firm ENGR3 (Alpharetta, GA). ENGR3’s expertise includes multi-family, mixed-use, and commercial development projects. Link to details
