Energy efficiency and sustainability firm Resource Innovations (Half Moon Bay, CA) acquired Cadeo (Portland, OR), a firm that provides consulting services in energy efficiency, electrification, and distributed energy resources for decarbonization efforts. Link to details


TIGRIS Aquatic Services (Bordentown, NJ), a sustainable stormwater management services firm serving the residential, commercial, and municipal markets, acquired Aquatic Analysts (Middleville, NJ), an environmental firm specializing in lake, pond, and watershed management. Link to details


Design firm CPL (Fairport, NY) (ENR #278) acquired JPT Healthcare Architects (Johnstown, PA), an architecture, engineering, and planning services firm focused on healthcare design. Link to details
