Tampa architecture firms BDG Architects (Tampa, FL) and Fleischman Garcia Architecture (Tampa, FL) merged, creating a combined firm of 130 employees across six offices specializing in a broad spectrum of project types. Link to details >


DPIS Builder Services (Houston, TX), a provider of outsourced residential homebuilder services, acquired the Ei Companies (Las Vegas, NV). Ei provides energy inspections and also offers a full range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and engineering services for single-home and multifamily projects. Link to details >
