Weekly merger and acquisition update: May 28, 2021

The A/E industry is consolidating at a record pace – up 14% year-over-year. This week Morrissey Goodale reported five deals in the U.S. and three international deals involving companies from the United Kingdom, UAE, Germany, and New Zealand. 2021 will see more design and environmental firms transact than ever before.
