M&A Transactions

Geospatial and inspection solutions firm SAM Companies (Austin, TX) (ENR #88) acquired MTPLS Surveying & Mapping (Baltimore, MD), a geomatics services firm that offers unmanned aerial mapping, inspection, and geospatial capabilities in the utility market. Link to details >

Multidisciplined architecture and engineering firm Goodwyn Mills Cawood (Montgomery, AL) (ENR #163) acquired Commercial Site Solutions (Easley, SC), a site planning and civil engineering design firm with experience in commercial, industrial, municipal, institutional, and residential projects. Link to details >

Building envelope specialist Moisture Intrusion Solutions (Daytona Beach, FL) joined fast-growing facilities planning and design firm Salas O’Brien (Irvine, CA) (ENR #54). Link to details >

ENR’s #21 ranked construction management-for-fee firm, Anser Advisory (Santa Ana, CA), acquired Gafcon Digital (GDI) (San Diego, CA), a software-agnostic systems digital model integrator for building and infrastructure owners.
