Pioneering AEG and strategic consulting firm Woolpert (Dayton, OH) (ENR #72) announced that MSD Partners (New York, NY) has agreed to invest in the company. In connection with the transaction, Long Point Capital (New York, NY) will be exiting its investment in Woolpert. Link to details
