Industry-leading facilities planning and design firm Salas O’Brien (Santa Ana, CA) (ENR #118) has agreed to acquire PCI Skanska (Evansville, IN) (ENR# 474) from ENR’s #9 ranked top contractor Skanska USA (New York, NY). Link to details

Project management services firm Versar (Springfield, VA) acquired the Environmental Services Business Unit of Black & Veatch (Overland Park, KS) (ENR# 13). The acquisition will strengthen Versar’s Environmental Services Group by enhancing its capabilities within environmental remediation and site restorations. Link to details
