Domestic transactions


Haag (Flower Mound, TX), a forensic engineering and consulting firm serving the legal, insurance, private, manufacturing, and construction sectors, joined facilities planning and design firm and one of our Nine Movers and Shakers to Watch in 2024Salas O’Brien (Irvine, CA) (ENR #39). Link to details


Sphere 3 Environmental (Longview, TX), an environmental consulting firm, joined True Environmental (New York, NY), a platform focused on building a consulting and engineering organization for environmental end markets. Link to details


Power services firm Qualus (Cincinnati, OH) acquired ASSET Engineering (Ridgeland, MS), a power engineering and consulting firm with experience in renewable generation development, battery energy storage systems, microgrids, and distributed energy resources. Link to details


Engineering, land surveying, and environmental firm JHA Companies (Montrose, PA) acquired Glace Associates (Camp Hill, PA), an environmental services firm with experience in civil, environmental, facilities, sanitary, solid waste, and water resources engineering projects. Link to details


Weaver Consultants Group (Chicago, IL), an engineering, design, environmental, surveying, and PM services firm, merged with Avocet Environmental (Irvine, CA), an environmental consulting firm specializing in solutions to address environmental liabilities for industrial, institutional, and commercial clients. Link to details

Global transactions


Investment group GEG Capital (Inverness, UK) acquired a stake in Bracewell Stirling Consulting (Tillicoultry, UK), an architectural practice that offers design, master planning, 3D modeling, and sustainability services. Link to details


Environmental consulting and services firm RSK Group (Helsby, UK) entered into an agreement to receive a £500 million preferred equity investment from a consortium led by Searchlight Capital Partners (New York, NY). The additional capital is expected to support RSK’s 2030 Global Growth Strategy, including organic growth initiatives and the firm’s acquisition strategy. Link to details
