Domestic transactions


Nakano Associates (Seattle, WA), a landscape architecture firm with experience in recreation, education, housing, transportation, infrastructure, and cultural projects, joined planning, design, and sustainability firm MIG (Berkely, CA). Link to details


CLEAResult (Austin, TX), a provider of energy efficiency solutions for utility companies, acquired Energetics (Columbia, MD), an energy sustainability services firm serving government, utility, institutional, and commercial clients. Link to details


The H.L. Turner Group (Concord, NH), an architecture, engineering, and building science services firm, merged with the subsidiary Quantum Construction Consultants (Concord, NH), establishing a dedicated infrastructure division within the company. Link to details


Springhouse Architects (Dayton, OH) merged with Studiyo-b Architects (West Chester, OH). The combined firms will move forward as Springhouse Architects and will offer residential architecture, commercial, and multifamily design for business owners, homeowners, home builders, and developers. Link to details


Civil engineering, environmental, and surveying services firm Pape-Dawson (San Antonio, TX) (ENR #112) acquired Maxwell-Reddick (Statesboro, GA), a firm that offers land planning, civil engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, and surveying services. Link to details


Industry leader and this year’s recipient of the Most Prolific and Proficient Acquirer Award Bowman Consulting Group (Reston, VA) (ENR #87) acquired Speece Lewis Engineers (Lincoln, NE), a transportation, bridge design, surveying, and hydraulics engineering firm. Link to details


Design, consulting, and PM/CM firm DCCM (Houston, TX) (ENR #129) acquired Chastain-Skillman (Lakeland, FL), a firm that specializes in civil engineering, water/wastewater engineering, and land surveying for public works and land development projects. Link to details

Global transactions


Architecture firms G+P Muller (Luxembourg, Luxembourg) and WeB Architecture & Urbanisme (Grevenmacher, Luxembourg) joined forces and formed a new architecture firm called Forma (Luxembourg, Luxembourg). Link to details
