NASDAQ-listed Aegion Corporation (Chesterfield, MO) (ENR #70) announced it has entered into a definitive merger agreement with affiliates of New Mountain Capital (New York, NY), a growth-oriented investment firm, that will result in Aegion becoming a private company. Link to details

Orbital Engineering (Pittsburgh, PA) (ENR #323) acquired H&K Engineering (Baton Rouge, LA), an engineering and staffing firm offering services to clients in the industrial market. Link to details
