WSP Global (Montreal, Canada) has announced that it has entered into a stock purchase agreement with Balfour Beatty to acquire Parsons Brinckerhoff (New York, NY), the professional services division of Balfour Beatty for an enterprise value of $1.24 billion. The deal adds 13,500 employees to WSP’s network of 17,500 employees worldwide. Link to details
