This week Morrissey Goodale reported four deals in the United States involving companies from Maryland, South Carolina, Indiana, Illinois, Washington, California, and Florida.
Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT) (Sparks, MD) (ENR #75) announced a letter of intent has been signed to acquire Tidewater Environmental Services (Charleston, SC), a natural resources consulting firm. Link to details
The acoustics team of Wright Consulting Associates (Indianapolis, IN) joins KJWW Engineering Consultants (Rock Island, IL) (ENR #204), an engineering consulting firm specializing in healthcare, higher education, K-12, commercial, government, and industrial buildings. Link to details
Integrated design firm, SvR Design Company (Seattle, WA) joined multi-disciplinary planning and design firm MIG (Berkeley, CA). SvR’s 32 person staff of landscape architects, planners, and civil engineers will become the Seattle office of MIG. Link to details
J.R. Evans Engineering (Estero, FL) acquired Mitchell Engineering Group (Naples, FL), in an effort to expand the firm’s land development services. J.R. Evans provides professional services in land development design and entitlement, floodplain management, flood zone modifications, and hydrologic restoration projects within Florida. Link to details
