KJWW Engineering Consultants (Rock Island, IL) (ENR #204) and TTG Engineers (Pasadena, CA) (ENR #234) have merged to create a 900-employee workforce spread across 25 national and five international locations. The merger strengthens their position in the healthcare, higher education, government, entertainment, industrial, and transportation markets. Link to details

Engineering, consulting, and construction management firm TRC Companies (Lowell, MA) (ENR #32) entered into an agreement to acquire the Professional Services business segment of Willbros Group (Tulsa, OK). The business segment offers innovative engineering, EPC/EPCM, field solutions and integrity services to the oil and gas transmission and midstream market, as well as at government facilities. Link to details

Global provider of nondestructive testing, inspection, and related services, Acuren (Edmonton, Canada) acquired Eclipse Scientific (Waterloo, Canada). Eclipse is a provider of advanced NDT products and services which improve inspection reliability, repeat-ability, and efficiency. Link to details
