Commonwealth Architects (Richmond, VA) merged with Architects Dayton Thompson & Associates (Richmond, VA) to expand the company’s architectural and interior design capabilities. Link to details
Aecon Group (Toronto, Canada) and CCCI (Wan Chai, Hong Kong) entered into a definitive agreement under which CCCI will acquire Aecon. CCCI is the overseas investment and financing arm of engineering and construction company China Communications Construction Group (Beijing, China), ENR’s #6-ranked global design firm. Link to details
