Stantec (Edmonton, Canada) (ENR #8) signed an agreement for the sale of its construction division, MWH Constructors (Broomfield, CO), to Oaktree Capital Management (Los Angeles, CA). MWH Constructors joined Stantec through the acquisition of MWH Global in 2016. Link to details
