Building Science Consulting (Waterloo, Canada) is merging with RDH Group (Vancouver, Canada), which includes RDH Building Engineering and RDH Building Sciences. Effective on November 1st, the merger brings two of the leading building science firms in North America together. Link to details

Abel Design Group (ADG) (Houston, TX) has entered an agreement to acquire Ken R. Harry Associates (Houston, TX), an architecture firm. ADG specializes in architecture and interior design for the corporate, hospitality, restaurants, and retail markets. Link to details
