RESPEC (Rapid City, SD), an engineering consulting and IT solutions firm specializing in the energy, mining, water, and natural resources and information technology markets acquired AQUA TERRA Consultants (Mountain View, CA) and Flat Rock Geographics (St. Paul, MN). AQUA TERRA specializes in environmental modeling applications and software development for analysis of pollution and resources management problems. Flat Rock Geographics is a geospatial software and services company specializing in web based mapping applications developed to support applied geographic analysis, business intelligence, asset management, Geographic Information Systems data creation and management. Link to details

ENR’s #28 ranked global design firm, Ramboll Group (Copenhagen, Denmark) acquired Projectus Team (Espoo, Finland), an intelligent building solutions consultant.
